Review of ADAM WEST/Mazinga 7" EP in Etch Magazine - June 1998
V/A Adam West/Mazinga 7"
On the Adam West side, you get a ballsy punk meets rock n roll sound, much like Speedball with one less guitar. Come'n Jake, learn to play an axe. The songs on here, "Platinum," and "Speedbump," are ass kickers of the finest degree. On the Mazinga side you get a ride down a punk sound someplace between early cali-skate stuff, and the harder edge of modern pop-punk. "One Rude Easter Bunny," has to be one of the more interesting song titles I've caught in some time. A good buy. (Fandango/Re-Animator)
